My whole experience was made comfortable by warm, friendly and welcoming nursing staff. Mr Banwell has a lovely bedside manner and was more than happy to discuss my worried however strange. At 37 years of age and after 4 children I never thought I would have the tummy of an 18 year old again, Mr Banwell is a very clever man.

I read about Mr Banwell on the internet and after speaking to him on the telephone, when he explained how he would help, I felt confident that I had found a solution. Mr Banwell gave my daughter a course of epiduo and this made an improvement quite quickly. He then suggested a course of Tetralysal and this has now completely transformed her skin. She is acne free.

I have been treated by Mr Banwell for excision of a nasal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and approximately 20 forehead solar keratoses by Photodynamic Therapy (PDT). During this period I have received outstanding care and attention. He and his team are very friendly and efficient. His surgical skills are exceptional.

I asked around and was told that Mr Banwell was the best in his field. I don’t know what my expectations were but the result was great, all my friends think my eyes look brighter and more open. I had no bruising which I was told I might have. Mr Banwell and his team excelled in making my life very easy for me, with arrangements and liaising with the hospital which didn’t always have my details correct, they were very helpful and answered all my questions, nothing was too much trouble. Mr Banwell put me at ease and I was not worried about the operation at all.
