I read about Mr Banwell on the internet and after speaking to him on the telephone, when he explained how he would help, I felt confident that I had found a solution. Mr Banwell gave my daughter a course of epiduo and this made an improvement quite quickly. He then suggested a course of Tetralysal and this has now completely transformed her skin. She is acne free.

The results of the surgery were excellent. Four months after the surgery there is hardly any evidence of scarring. Mr Banwell was also very good at explaining the nature of the problem and the treatment.

I had no bruising which I was told I might have. Mr Banwell and his team excelled in making my life very easy for me, with arrangements and liaising with the hospital which didn’t always have my details correct, they were very helpful and answered all my questions, nothing was too much trouble. Mr Banwell put me at ease and I was not worried about the operation at all.

Mr Banwell provides an excellent service in pre-operation information, as well as total expertise and attention to detail in surgery. He was very informative and helpful after care.  I received excellent and sympathetic nursing care and anaesthetist. Mr Banwell has a very helpful practice manager and assistant.  My eyes have regained an ‘openness’ similar to my younger years. I no longer look tired.  I would highly recommend Mr Banwell to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Mr Banwell explained to me exactly what he was going to do and made me feel at ease. The team were all friendly and made me feel very comfortable in the hospital. The scar on my forehead healed very quickly and I have full movement and feeling of my eyebrow.
