The technique can be performed under local anaesthetic and sedation instead of general anaesthetic which would typically be required for more invasive types of breast surgery.

A specially designed injectable breast implant is used alongside breast tissue preservation techniques to achieve maximised projection without drastically increasing volume. You can ditch the push-up bras and wear a swimming costume without feeling flat.
